My passion is seeing the difference learning interventions make to the end customer experience. As a Certified Customer Experience Professional and L&D Consultant, I enjoy combining my skills and expertise to create large-scale learning curriculums that provide individuals with the skills needed to deliver a differentiated customer experience.As the Senior Training Consultant at the Money Advice Trust, I collaborate with external stakeholders across all business levels to design training programmes that provide their staff with the skills needed to support vulnerable customers effectively.In my previous role as a Skills Development Consultant at Quilter, I collaborated with stakeholders across all levels of the business to design training programmes that improve customer satisfaction. I worked with five distinct businesses within the Quilter group to enhance and align the experience offered to customers. My primary role involved designing and implementing learning frameworks focussed on strategic focus areas, such as customer service skills and vulnerable customers.In other roles I have worked closely with customer service teams to provide training and coaching aimed at developing their personal and technical skills. I have led the development and implementation of a new assurance framework as well being the lead technical expert and trainer within the front office for all wealth and pension products.The best source of learning is from the feedback our customers provide. If we can train individuals to not only deliver what the customer expects, but to actually exceed their expectations, we will create loyalty.
