I am a South African born Greek/Cypriot, having been raised in Bloemfontein, Free State and completed my schooling at the prestigious Grey College High School.I went on to study a Bachelor of Commerce in Law, majoring in economics, at the University of the Free State and completed the degree in 2015. I then tried my hand in a Bachelor of Accounting degree in 2016 before moving to Johannesburg, where I would complete and obtain my LLB (law degree) from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2018. I would then remain in Johannesburg to complete my legal internship at Webber Wentzel Attorneys where I received training in various aspects of corporate law, insolvency litigation as well as public interest law. I am currently an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.I have since began pursuing my passion for medicine and am currently studying towards a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Stellenbosch. I hope to one day use my prior training and qualifications to positively impact on the healthcare industry as a practicing physician and legal professional.In the meantime, whilst I traverse the world of academics once again, I have done work as an independent contractor in the legal advisory field to keep my skills sharp and not lose touch with knowledge I spent so many years gaining.During my late high school years and throughout my studies I have held many titles in a plethora of charitable organisations, as well as having represented my University both nationally in sport (2014 USSA swimming team) as well as internationally in academics/leadership (as one of six students who were selected to represent the University of the Free State in the 2014 Stanford Sophomore College Programme at Stanford University in the USA).
