Retired Federal Law Enforcement possessing 33 years of experience working as Special Agent, PREA Investigator, Inspector, Physical Security Specialist, Regional Project Manager (security), Regional Environmental Manager, Cost Estimator, and Regional Computerized Management Manager for High, Medium and Low security federal facilities. Graduate from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center's Criminal Investigator training program and John E. Reid's basic and Advanced Interrogation training program. As Special Agent located in Washington D.C. was responsible for eight investigative agents where I reviewed and approved affidavits, oaths, evidence, referrals and investigative reports for over 400 cases located at seven different federal facilities. I was the principal investigator for the most serious allegations involving rape, abuse, drug and other allegations. As Inspector, Physical Security Specialist and Regional Project Manager was responsible for physical security audits and inspections of all critical security systems for over 18 high, medium and low federal facilities located in five different states. These facilities are very large facilities which include control centers, powerhouse, fuel storage, high security housing units, medical facilities, shops, warehouses, etc. some as large as 2,000,000 square feet in size. I was responsible for the design, review, inspection and testing of all hard and soft security systems to include security walls, doors, locks, glazing, fencing, access controls, cameras and PLC's.
