Hello and welcome to my LinkedIn page! My name is Philip Kooper. I am a licensed strata manager with over 20 years of experience in the Strata Management industry. In 2005, I founded Kooper & Levi Strata Management, a boutique agency based in Rose Bay, Sydney. After running the agency successfully for 14 years, I sold my business to the CNG Property Group and joined their team as their Head of Governance. I also provide strata consultative services. My extensive knowledge and expertise in Strata Management enable me to provide solutions to all stakeholders in the industry, including Strata Management businesses, managers, committees, and individual unit owners. I am well-versed in governance, legislation, regulation, troubleshooting, and process change, and keep myself up-to-date with the latest industry updates to ensure my clients receive the best possible advice and solutions.I draw on my experience to assist my team in adopting better practices and processes, ensuring that we are protected against future problems. I am passionate about fully understanding an issue and its impact on all stakeholders to provide the most workable outcome for everyone involved.Outside of work, I am a keen foodie passionate about anything involving a BBQ. I also enjoy sailing, golf, and reading (long walks on the beach, at sunset, have taken a back burner).
