It allows the owners and managers of companies with fleets of commercial vehicles to effectively manage and cut costs by being more efficient with their vehicles' operations.Provided technical and product support to customers, field technicians and sales people.

• Supported 75 tablet PC’s used by Natick Visiting Nurses Association in the field and approx. 25 desktops in the office. • Performed maintenance, configuring, and troubleshooting tasks for all end users. • Performed all levels of in house and phone support for all tablet PC’s, desktops, and network printers.

• Managed Windows 2000 domain for a software company. Solely responsible for operation of all hardware and software, including the servers, workstations, printers, remote users, email, applications, and Cézanne Software’s products, and served as all tiers of support.

• Sold computers and peripherals in a retail store setting. Responsible for monthly volume, extended service contracts, and accessory sales goals; paid on a full commissions plan.• #1 Sales Counselor in the store for all departments during calendar years 1998 and 1999.• 1998 Sales Excellence Dinner winner, 13 consecutive months President’s Club winner. Only sales counselor to achieve both of these awards at that store location for a 2 year period.
