My career working in Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Defence & with T1 Suppliers as a TPS change agent/Coach has helped me to develop and deliver successful programs Coaching/training and growing teams in all areas of the business, Working with leaders to help them to work with their teams to implement successful sustainable change. My cross functional skillset, knowledge and experience enables me to apply & Coach the structured approach and Lean methodologies and principles to analyse any process to improve efficiencies and increase productivity while coaching & disseminating the best practice understanding.Hobbies include rugby and I'm Director of Rugby at Ryton RFC & During the summer Phil enjoys spending weekends and holidays enjoying with his family water-skiing.
