As Managing Executive of IT: Poynting Group I am responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, implementation, and management of all aspects of information technology within Poynting Group. Responsible for Strategic Planning and developing and implementing IT strategies, Team Leadership, Budget Management, Technology Evaluation and Adoption, Security and Compliance, Project Management of IT projects from conception to completion, Stakeholder Engagement, Risk Management within the IT environment and developing strategies to mitigate them. In addition, striving to foster a culture of Continuous Improvement, innovation and implementing best practices and methodologies.As the Chief Technology Officer of FibrePoynt, I am resposnsible for System Design and Implimentation, Electronics and Software Systems, Solar Design and deployment, Networking Architecture and interfacing to various OSS/BSS Systems for third parties. Additional responsibilites include RF Engineering solutions, Wi-Fi 5 and Wi-Fi 6 technology integration, Technical Sales Support.
