Philip Lee Wing obtained a M.Sc. in Food Microbiology at the University of Manitoba then pursued his Ph. D. from the University of British Columbia in the area of Food Chemistry. After graduating, he joined a Research organization in Ontario where he was the division manager. Concurrently, he was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto.To gain Industrial experience he joined Best Foods Canada where he remained for eight years as Technical Manager before joining a Division of George Weston as Manager of Food Technology.In 1996, he started his own company, The Food Development Group, a fee for service which provides technical support to the Food industry.
