I am driven by a strong desire to support today's leaders and managers to develop self-awareness and self-belief. Having worked as a solicitor and strategic director in a number of large organisations, I understand the complexities and challenges of effective leadership. I’ve also managed the delivery of a number of high profile public services which has given me the practical, cross-sector knowledge to deliver 'real-life', pragmatic solutions for individuals, teams and organisations. I will work with you to identify your core issues and challenges. Only then do I develop a personalised, bespoke programme with a clearly agreed purpose and outcome. I engage in every conversation/session as an active participant bring fun, energy, creativity and insight to everything I do. A core technique I use is the ‘Necessary Difficult Conversation’ where I facilitate people having the conversations, they know they need to have, but are avoiding! I’m happy addressing tough issues and going where others fear to tread. I’m not afraid to challenge where needed, but always ensure my support is equal to the challenge I bring. With a focus on engendering real change, people leave my sessions with practical tools, models and techniques to apply. Whether I’m coaching, facilitating or consulting my commitment to creating an inclusive environment is unwavering. In all of my conversations/sessions I ensure everyone feels welcome and able to be themselves without fear of prejudice or discrimination. I guarantee that everyone involved – from a junior employee to the most senior leader – shares that responsibility for everyone’s wellbeing.
