Catering Marketing Manager
Current● Lead a marketing team for managing PC peripheral product line (60%+ of total Logitech revenues) in TW & HK, achieved 45%+ YoY in revenues under COVID19, and also PR representative in Taiwan● A multi-function role which combines the talents of product manager, brand marketing and channel sales; initiate comprehensive GTM strategies/submit product & revenue forecast/set price & margin/control budget/handle PR and pitch media /execute marketing campaigns/tracking weekly revenues by skus under a product life cycle● Working closely with sales team and regional team, a bridge between local office and regional BU, align all guidelines, roadmap, GTM strategies and marketing directions to make practical local plans● Host campaigns to drive traffic and revenues, set budget and TA for each AD, collaborate with KOL/Youtubers/Podcasters to gain more exposure, monitor conversion rate and track GA analytics to boost revenues. Achieved nearly 50% registration rate which is the highest record of co-marketing with Porter International.
