I am a Non-Executive, Chair, Governor, and Director with over two decades of board-level experience and over 30 years of business expertise, managing multimillion-dollar programs across Australia, South Africa, Asia, and the USA with particular expertise across the Not-for-Profit, Retail, Financial Services, Property and Funds Management, High Technology, Wholesale & Distribution, Health, Government, Supply Chain, Logistics and Manufacturing industries. In an executive capacity, I am currently a Founder and Director at Phoebus Consulting, providing consultancy services on business continuity planning and business transformation for the likes Transport for NSW, Fuji Xerox, Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District, DEXUS Property Group, and UTi. In these roles, I led multiple transformation programs, led teams and budgets exceeding $400million, redesigned end-to-end business, aligned with a technology implementation plan, redirected business focus and tracked outcomes delivering valuable incremental revenue, led efficiencies and multinational operations through process design, shared services, core systems and leveraging of labour arbitrage.At board level, what I do is grow businesses.
