Led efficiencies and multinational operation through process design, shared services, core systems and leveraging of labour arbitrage.

UCT Trust is providing financial support to programs in South Africa focusing on education, health, and human rights that assist disadvantaged South African communities to rise above poverty.- Member of Finance and Marketing committees; - Appointed due to Strategy, Finance, Fundraising and Governance experience;- Determining new Strategic direction to fundraising and support;- Ensure transparent and accurate financial reporting;- Guide board to taking a risk management approach to areas such as privacy.

Mount Sinai College is located in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Mount Sinai caters for students from age 2 at our Early Learning Centre up to year six and strives to build a community of transformative learning.- Member of: Enrolment Sub-committee, Marketing Sub-committee and Finance Sub-committee;- As Chair (2009 - 2011), working with the Principal / CEO of the organisation across all stakeholders;- Moved to budgeting for surplus, revised and approved the constitution; - Strategised and implemented a new marketing approach, transformed enrolment policy and process;- Raised funds of $2.8m for capital works;- Developed Skills Matrix to identify skills requirements for board members;- Reshaped the Executive Team with the Principal to inject fresh thinking into the management.

JCA is a fundraising umbrella organisation providing funds to 25 supported community organisations to provide vital programs and services with maximum impact. Organisation industries included Education, Aged Care, Security, History Museum, Culture and Outreach ( ~$10m funds).- Appointed as Governor as Chair of Mount Sinai College;- Allocations, progress of fundraising, rationalisation of funding, viability of projects, coordination of scarce resources, more representative base of management, higher degree of accountability of org receiving funds, demographic profile to assess community needs, rationalise resources/facilities, effectiveness and maximum benefit, strategic scope vs annual funding, reduce duplication, checks and balances;- Committees reporting to board of governors: Exec, Allocations, Building and capital, fundraising, investment, marketing, planning, status (membership);- The structure of JCA ensures appropriate corporate governance, efficient use of communal funds and optimal delivery of professional services.
