Responsible for internal/external internet mail using Mailsweeper for SMTP mail through a Firewall from Clearswift . All Lotus Notes Administration tasks such as maintaining the ACL’s on all databases and performing 2nd and 3rd line support, for a UK user base of 1000+ using a combination of version 4.x, 5.x, 6.x , 7.x and 8.x clients on desktop pc’s. Over 200 Laptop and Home workers using 5.x or 6.x using VPN to connect to our Domino Servers. We have 44 5.x and 6.x, 7.x and 8.x Lotus Notes Domino servers running on Windows NT4 and Windows 2000 & 2003 servers. We use SOPHOS anti virus on all desktops and Servers & SOPHOS for Domino. Large projects undertaken moving Notes domains, upgrading/re-certifying users/servers from 4.x to 5.x and now 5.x to 8.x. Crawfords is a multi Domain (I have to manage communications with 17 Domains world wide) organization with over 10,000 plus users world wide. Also responsible for successful implantation and administration of the following:Esker Fax http://www.esker.co.uk (Domino Desktop fax running on 4 Domino servers, all our users have the capability of sending and reciving fax’s from their desktop)smsPULSE http://www.PublicClass.com (smsPULSE give all our susers the ability to send SMS messages from their desktop, we are waiting for the ability to receive SMS messages to desktops)Candenza (Candenza gives our users with PDA’s the ability to connect to their Notes mail)iNotes (our users have the ability to access their company Notesmail from a browser anywhere in the world)BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server, used by our users that use the BlackBerry Handheld to access their company notes mail)Sametime This has been implemented by me and is being used by Crawford’s in the UK, Europe and the US.
