In partnership with the Board & other members of the senior management team, responsibility to help the global business achieve it's future strategic targets while continuing to deliver strong organic growth.Successfully delivered (to guidance & consensus) each set of results since listing, leading to the promotion of the business into the FTSE100 list of companies (doubling of equity value in the two years since listing), providing the platform for successful exits by both private equity investors.Also made three small acquisitions and one disposal.
