• Directly accountable for heading up and managing a high performing team of 21 professional Engineering Surveyors across Ireland, with full responsibility for their training and development• Tasked as a Trained Competent Person, with undertaking the statutory examination of plant and equipment (under LOLER, COSHH and PSSR) to ensure complete compliance and adherence to current legislation, as well as the non-statutory examination of plant and equipment under the guidelines of PUWER, and general Good Maintenance Procedures as well as HSE guidelines, including;• Vehicle lifts, cranes, forklifts, fume extraction systems and compressed air systems • Passenger and disabled lifts • Asset Management of Building Fabric, Plant & Equipment, Heating systems, HVAC, boiler rooms and boilers • Compressed air systems on Access Doors / Gates • Waste management of DAF Plant and recycling of waste.• Water tube boilers and CHP Plant• Undertaking comprehensive risk assessments and safety statements• Competently advising on relevant health and safety matters
