Overall responsible for the management of internal IT and litigation development tasking. Supervised 3 internal IT personnel and 4 developers. Wrote and trained personnel on various data restoration/preservation operations. Highly sought to design data recovery and preservation environments in many litigation projects which included client site acquisition of data assets.

Responsible for a data center containing 240 servers and 100TB of EMC Symmetrix storage. Provided data services for hosted litigation support software; wrote/managed internal and operations process. Also shifted duties as DBA writing several database platforms for internal data processing. Also designed and implemented many Exchange data restoration and preservation environments that were used as part of the company offering.

Us

Was the team lead for the Managed Services department working in manufacturing, higher education, and real estate. I was part of the sales & implementation team by conducting full IT audits of client environments, providing future proof solutions, and implementing the onsite team/operations process. Also led many Professional Services projects for Managed Clients. Ensured all of my clients were highly available. All of my documentation and processes were refined and implemented at the company NOC for off-site network monitoring and management. Was highly sought to onboard and sell to new clients.
