I am a sales professional with in excess of 10 years experience in different roles across various industries. I have progressed from call centres sales roles in media with Sky to telecommunications with T-Mobile, having worked both prospecting and retention based roles. From my previous roles I then moved to a B2B role for almost 3 years as marketing and advertising consultant with Yellow Pages which I left to care for a terminally ill parent.I then had a gap in my employment due to the above and then went travelling overseas for a period of time.Upon my return I went back in to sales in the motor trade and am currently working for Stratstone at Mercedes-Benz of Giffnock where I have progressed through the business to my current role as a business manager playing a key role in the management team in the dealership. I started with the company as a used car sales executive and after 12 months moved roles to a dedicated new car sales executive and also qualified as a motability specialist. After 14 months in this role I was promoted to the position of a sales team leader and I am now fully FCA and SAF accredited. Having moved into a management position I am now responsilbe for building offers, controlling profit margins, the sale of insurance products, managing a team of staff and am a trusted key holder of the dealership.I consider myself a dedicated and consumate professional who has the ability to manage, set examples and hit targets. I believe my career progession shows this having continually bettered myself in my job roles and promotions.
