Philip is passionate about using his leadership and ICT skills to empower the next generation of peacebuilders and social change agents. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Peace studies and Conflict resolution at National open university of Nigeria, where he learns about the causes, dynamics, and solutions of various conflicts in the world.As the Director of ICT at NextGen, he oversees the design, implementation, and monitoring of 12+ training and development programs for 1475+ teenagers in target communities, covering topics such as peace education, digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement. He also organizes and conducts advocacy visits to raise awareness and mobilize support for the initiatives. In addition, he is the Coordinator of the YALI Edo State Network, where he leads 9+ community service projects, builds the capacity of 74+ members, and advocates for sustainable peace in communities. He is skilled in project management, graphic design, communication, and interpersonal skills.
