Globally working, as a consultant at Tetra Pak Processing Systems, within various project teams planning the construction of new factories, as well as the expansion of existing facilities, in Europe and Asia for world-leading brands. The work is project-based and primarily consists of delivering drawings and technical documentation of factories and its process. Specification and cost calculations of equipment and machines as well as providing quotations and documentation to the customer. The work also includes project implementation, which means, working with subcontractors, ordering equipment, getting it delivered and installed in the factories.The work has provided good experience of working in global teams and contributes to an increased understanding of work processes in large global companies and the challenges this can entail. It has also given me good knowledge in working in large projects with customers and subcontractors all over the world and together arriving at solutions both remotely and on site. Ensuring that the budget is kept and producing the most cost-effective solutions possible and technical documentation has also been a large part of the work and something I put a lot of focus on.

Part-time job at Helsingkronagården, coordinating the construction of over 60 new student housing. The work has involved planning and concept development together with architects, consultants and builders. In this work, I have had the chance to learn how to coordinate and manage large projects and collaborate with consultants and stakeholders in various fields. Which has given me experience and confidence in leading future large projects both within the construction sector and in general.

Companies implemented major changes due to the recommendations of remote work introduced by the Swedish Public Health Agency as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Remote work rapidly increased, and the forecast was that this flexible working method will remain. The purpose of this thesis was to examine which challenges remote work entails for offices in the future, and with this data present a concept of a viable product facilitating remote work. To fulfil the purpose, this work was based on the question: How is a consumer product, that facilitates remote work for future workplaces, developed from established requirements.

Part-time job as a coordinator for a property owner with 350 residents and a turnover of almost 20 million. My main areas of responsibility were to coordinate property management, be responsible for board administration and handle housing issues for all residents. During my two years, I was also responsible for two major renovations, which included everything from planning with consultants to coordination with construction workers and documentation of results. This work gave me great experience in budget management, coordination of larger projects and crisis management.

Full-time job one year as Marketing & Administration Manager (Notarie) and was part of the operational management team that ran the student organisation Helsingkrona Nation. Running a "nation" is like running a medium-sized company, which has given me significant experience in budget management, project management and personnel responsibility. My biggest responsibility was managing the nation's internal and external communication, coordinating events and shared staff responsibility for over 100 non-profit students. During my year I put forward a new marketing strategy, created new graphic design and introduced mobile marketing materials to the organization. As responsible for marketing to, and recruitment of, new members, I am particularly proud that this year we broke a record in number of members and went from being the fourth largest to becoming the largest nation in Lund.
