- Avion Rewards Insight and Business lead for High-Profile Merchants. Led business proposals and presented offers to merchants based on in house analytics. Managed the Offer through the full cycle from the Offer Proposal - Post Campaign Analysis - Invoice - Owner of our Invoice/Post Campaign Analysis pipeline. Managed the upcoming work effort of PCAs and coordinated team member’s efforts to deliver results in a timely matter.- Led the creation of a data visualization dashboard through ThoughtSpot leveraging our technical partners to accurately report Merchant’s Key Performance Metrics within a simplified dashboard.

-Supported the Epix Entitlements team and was assigned to the Security Fraud Project – Business Controls.-Created the business requirements and supported the completion of the $0 Release of Unverified Funds, and Item Level Hold initiative which sought out to reduce overall fraud within our highest risk clients at the most restricted Electronic Access Limits. These initiatives led to significant monthly fraud reductions. -Key player in the completion of the SLA-EOD initiative analyzing cheque deposit times which saw a 1-2 day reduction in cheque validation.-Supported the completion of the In Branch Holds initiative to support front line staff with denying fraudulent client deposits-Supported the remediation of PayEdge and their 1400 clients to RBC

-Planned, supported, and executed an enterprise wide data literacy campaign alongside the Chief Data Office.-Planned, supported, and executed a Data Community for key data stakeholders within the Enterprise, and supported monthly touch-points. -Supported P&CB DMO with documenting the processes for Service Pricing, Do Not Call List, Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation, and General Data Protection Regulation within playbooks, documented the Know Your Client requirements workflow, and documented the Gifts and Entertainment requirements and procedures.-Engaged in the iLab initiative working to solve an internal business problem around keeping top talent within RBC. -Led a co-op team project modernizing, and simplifying the learning modules for the Data Warehouse Environment.
