I Lead the UK Sales Team for this Leading Hospitality Tech Solutions Company. Working closely with colleagues and senior leaders, I help create an atmosphere and culture to deliver targets in meeting bookings and sales.

Initially employed as a Teaching Assistant, I progressed to Higher Level TA, Cover Supervisor, Assistant Teacher and eventually Teacher (unqualified) working predominantly with Key Stage 2, specialising in Physical Education and Music

Progressed through Restaurant Supervisor at The Pleasureboat Inn in Hickling to BarManager at The Nelson Head in Horsey. I managed the bar, staffing, staff training and supervision of all Front of House Staff.

I ran the college Golf Academy at Easton College, working individually and as a team with golfers aged 16-19 as part of their College Education. We improved all aspects of their games including their psychology, physical attributes as well as their golfing skills, time management and self improvement plans. Highlights included reaching 3 National Championships, winning one as a team and one individual student winning the Girl's National Championship.
