After 30 years as an executive director of various companies, I became a lawyer. Today, I have more than 13 years of experience as a partner lawyer and Manager of Goethe SELARL, a law firm I founded in 2011 to defend private investors and savers. In addition to my specific legal training, I hold a CGPC certification in wealth management, a CPA executive MBA in corporate strategy, two masters 2 in corporate engineering/corporate restructuring and tax management, and I am an alumni of the ESCP 74 Business School.My basic skills include company law, collective proceedings and corporate restructuring law, commercial dispute processing, taxation, wealth engineering, company engineering and commercial leases. I have particularly worked as the founder of Goethe-avocats, a subsidiary of Goethe selarl. Specializing in class actions for the defense of (LMNP) commercial lessors and real estate owners and thousands of private shareholders of groups in financial difficulties. I have, as part of my activity for this Parisian firm, successfully negotiated and/or resolved multiple disputes and transactions involving complex transactions, corporate restructuring and processes of Recovery or compensation for more than 6,000 victims that I have personally gathered on various "files".I left and sold Goethe-avocats in mid-2021 to a younger partner who uses Goethe's name linked to my biography and personal background in order to keep in touch and continue the ongoing disputes with the thousands of customers I had gathered to defend them.My mission remains today by continuing to work with several high-level lawyers partners to take advantage of my dual expertise as an experienced lawyer and former business manager to help my clients protect and optimize their professional and personal assets, whether they are individual or collective victims who made real estate or corporate shares investments with inappropriate and faulty advices.
