About Philip Pinkerman
After my hopes of becoming a political mastermind and taking over the world collapsed, I found my passion in the Restaurant Industry. Initially starting my career as a Server and Bartender, I found myself craving more. Little did I know, more would be in Training, Development and New Restaurant Openings. After nearly 10 years of opening a multitude of restaurants, I moved back into Operations and translated all that I learned in Training and New Restaurant Openings into developing a strong team of leaders. Capitalizing on my success as a Manager and Leader, I explored opportunities in Franchise Operations and Multi-Unit Leadership where I continued to excel and deliver above expectation results.When I'm not working side by side with my team, I out enjoying one of the amazing hiking opportunities that Southern California offers, exploring new places and seeing fantastic sights, meeting new people and making new friends or just enjoying any one of San Diego's inspiring food and wine offerings.
