Senior Trade Ally Manager
CurrentThe resident expert for life sciences equipment, primarily lab cold storage including pharmaceutical, blood, and plasma freezers and refrigerators and ultra-low temperature freezers. In this role, I make sustainability accessible, adding value throughout the supply chain by identifying the potential for energy savings in the lab space. Leaning on my expertise, experience, and relationships with the market, technologies, and end users, I develop and leverage utility-sponsored incentive programs to help suppliers and distributors of energy efficient laboratory devices grow their business while creating significant savings for the end user, by reducing their upfront capital equipment costs as well as their long-term cost of ownership through the energy savings provided by using these more sustainable products.While based in New York, I work closely with end users, distributors, and manufacturers (and their representatives) throughout New England, the Midwest, the Pacific Northwest, and California.In this role, I research, design, and implement market-driven measures to drive lab sustainability.Oversaw lab cold storage program growth by 304% nationally (and growing), including the launch of additional programs in new geographies.Lead market studies to uncover new opportunities for program expansion, both geographically and through additional avenues for lab sustainability.Expanded and managed relationships with market actors, trade organizations, and purchasing groups to drive branding, program awareness, and growth.
