For twenty years I have been employed by First Data/TeleCheck. First supporting the Production environment and the last four years supporting the QA environment. This includes the stability of the environments and applications as well as proactive monitoring to avoid issues. In Production, I was responsible for all transaction processing, batch processing, code deployment, job scheduling, problem management, change management for all AIX, Open VMS, Linux, Solaris and Windows servers with an on call 24x7 rotation. In QA, I am responsible for the stability of the environment as well as building code for production, deploying code in QA, managing the deployment schedule, and troubleshooting all technical issues in QA.
