• Responsible in Quantity estimation and Supply request of required materials on site and coordinating to procurement and cost control to monitor the request order status.• Responsible in Submitting and reviewing drawings & materials as per specification prior for Submittals to the Engineers.• Review and maintain knowledge of Terms and Conditions, Scope of works of all subcontractors.• Evaluating subcontractor’s monthly Invoice applications, Conduct reports and final evaluation on work executed by the subcontractors.• Coordinating to all Central Substation projects regarding monthly progress and gathers all documents required for invoicing purposes.• Preparing Interim payment Application & follow up invoice approvals to client’s Cost department.• Uploading approved Invoices to clients SAP portal and monitors incoming payment through clients finance portal system.

• Reports to the contract manager in daily basis.• Review and maintain knowledge of Terms and Conditions of all subcontracts for which they are responsible for a certain work.• Responsible for the timely and accurate quantity take off and review of drawings, specification, BOQ, tender addendums or clarifications and other documents as deemed necessary. • Monitor the day to day running of the project, performance and progress of the works in relation to the agreed programme. • Survey and measure work in progress and check subcontractor’s Interim payment applications.• Identify and investigate any variances from plan and notify these to the contract manager, agreeing and implementing appropriate remedial action with contract management. • Identify and report potential problem areas, particularly those that are likely to give rise to claims.• Assist subcontractors administrator in the analysis and resolution of subcontractors claims• Conduct final measurement on work executed, prepare and agree final accounts.• Preparation of Interim payment application to client by providing effective and accurate measurement and evaluation of work. • Maintain good team player and work well with the contracts team, superiors and management to implement the development with quality and efficiency in stipulated time.
