Was responsible for the creative output and creative direction of the Wiggle brand, including the in house design team. Managing the development ofsite, email and ATL creative via the Creative Design Manager. I also worked closely with the key agencies to develop creative marketing communications. I managed an overall team of 9 with 2 direct reports. Other responsibilities included overall group product photography, output of which was used globally though other op-cos and distributors. Assisting the country managers on specific plans that meet the business requirements. Managing creative direction of campaigns ensuring a global brand approach. Responsible for the Wiggle campaign content creation budget.
