Delivered 30% over original forecast, which was directly attributed to the new journey.>> Spent first 3 months of role pulling together the Bank’s first Digital Portfolio – working across organisation to pull together prioritised list of initiatives, assessing each in terms of business benefit and cost.>> Custodian of all standards related to digital journeys and ensuring that development partners meet these – specifically standards related to design, web, tone of voice & accessibility. >> Strong community focus – championed ‘Digital community days’.

Leadership of digital development team, delivering high quality web applications, pushing technical boundaries to deliver business excellence.
