Duties include RF verifications, Helium Leak Checks, MFC calibrations, Water flow verifications, Robot Blade setup and calibrations, Chamber handoffs, Cathode rebuild, Dome rebuild, Chamber rebuild, Robot rebuild, Turbo and Rough ISO rebuilds, TTV and RTV rebuilds and Striking Plasma in addition to troubleshooting production tools.• While at ST Microelectronics in Italy, worked on 200 mm HDP, Producer, and CVD toolsets with different chamber configurations.
