About Philip Ritchie
I am the former Global Head of Investment Technology and an Executive Director at Axxsys Consulting, a global financial technology and software consultancy, which is part of the Alpha Group, with offices in the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Central Europe and APAC. As the majority shareholder and head of Axxsys Consulting when it was purchased by Alpha Group in 2019, I worked closely with the leadership in Axxsys Consulting and Alpha Group to successfully integrate the two companies, while significantly growing the business after the acquisition. Since leaving Axxsys Consulting in July 2022, I am focusing on using my experience of building an international B2B consultancy, to assist other start-ups and companies, with international ambition to achieve their potential. My involvement can be as a non-executive advisor, a board member or an active investor, focusing on strategy, management structure, fund raising and execution. I am also a sponsor and advisor to the charity “5 Skoler”, a charity that builds schools for children in refugee camps.
