I began working as a Social Worker in 2000 as a Child Protection Worker, and was in that role as a case worker and then Supervisor until early 2020. I then started a private practice as a therapist with a friend and that's what I do now. I provide service to individual adults and couples to improve mental health and strengthen relationships. For couples work, I am trained in the Relational Life Therapy model which help couples move from protective individualist stances into a connected state of relationship health.
