Philip has over 35 years of portfolio management and management consulting experience as well as holding a variety of trustee positions for over 15 years.Throughout much of my executive career I have maintained a portfolio of trusteeships and board memberships, including a role as Chair of Trustees and Chief Executive for the Yellow Heart Trust. For more than a decade I have acted as trustee, treasurer and management adviser to five charities. I believe my executive career and charity roles have equipped me with the ability to identify, understand and resolve a wide range of business issues.I am a confident adviser, negotiator, networker and influencer and have taken responsibility to develop strategic visions and deliver to strategic objectives.In my executive career I have developed, grown and sold a business and been widely recognised as an influential management consultant to a significant number of organisations.For senior distribution and sales teams at investment management firms I have worked to differentiate investment propositions and develop programmes to improve client management effectiveness.
