For 3 months, I had the opportunity to learn as an intern for the Learning & Development division.• Prepare equipment for employee training (room, projector, training materials, and trainers according to training topic)• ⁠Arrange training materials assisted by the Learning & Development Manager• Supervise & create management development program certificates• Filter candidates who applied for jobs via the Jobstreet platform assisted by Recruitment Supervisor• Create appreciation posters for employees who have attended training• Create educational videos for @lifeatsbl Instagram profile with the aim of providing an overview of the company’s work culture• Create posters, flyers, banners, charter designs for futsal events between employees as a form of employee engagement
