I presented, demonstrated and lectured at each club every three months upskilling the teams in new choreography.Achievements• Set-up the standards for technique and delivery of the Les Mills product suite so that minimum standards could be benchmarked, continuous improvement processes were put in place to ensure feedback was provided to adhere to all levels of compliance. • As an Instructor, I personally delivered the Les Mills Programmes around the world, and sold the Programmes and brand to potential gym and franchise owners.• The goal in my time was to having 2 million active participants in the Les Mills Programmes every week, and this was and still is easily achieved.
