Serve in a dual role as HR and EHS Manager to manage programs, maintain a safe workplace environment, and promote efficient operations.Serve in a dual role as HR and EHS Manager since March, 2017. Manage various human resource functions including developing and implementing new HR systems and compensation programs, surveying annual salaries, updating policies and procedures, performing benefits administration, writing change reports, approving invoices, maintaining records, documentation and reports, managing employee relations, conducting exit interviews, producing organizational charts, and maintaining employee directory. To include data gathering for Performance Improvement Indicators and Environmental Rounds documentation and other documentation as requested.Assisted with developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive waste minimization, pollution prevention and recycling programs. Responsibilities include tracking, creating and implementing programs, and providing education and training opportunities to employees. Hazardous Materials and Waste ManagementManages a comprehensive hazardous materials and waste program that complies with all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Responsibilities include handling hazardous materials or waste and providing training for employees who do the same.Identification, inventorying, tracking, and monitoring the use of hazardous materials and waste in the facility.Maintenance of records required for receipt, use, storage, transportation, and waste disposal reports on hazardous waste.Resolves identified variances to code compliance and assures variances are corrected properly.
