Extra responsibilities:Department Recoveries Champion - Work with both Liability and Property handlers to maximise recovery identification and Processing in terms of volume and value. Management of Diaries and MI to ensure a target of 160k is achieved per month. Liase with Management to provide up to date performance and devise new strategic plans to ensure performance is maintained.Roll out of new processes and training to increase recovery identification and volume & value receivedLiase with a range of solicitors & suppliers to ensure our strategies are transparent with them, MI is obtained from them for performance validation and to assist with reaching targets set for me.
