Project Description:Implementation of Oracle Financials, Logistics and Projects for 8 business units at the main airport in the Netherlands. Via a middleware solution the system was to be integrated with existing and other, new to be implemented systems. This implementation was part of a large program for a new architecture with replacement of many old systems.Contribution:- Provision of guidance to a team of 20 persons, mainly Oracle functional and technical consultants from several companies on the deliverables and templates to be used. - Review of deliverables- Application functional guidance- Alignment of integration with other processes, systems and parties within the same program

Project Description:This project was meant to give input to a planned go/no go decision to implement Oracle Financials and Logistics at a Japanese distribution company in Germany. Therefore the current and future processes were analyzed and an initial fit/gap analysis was performed.Contribution:- Analysis of the current and future procurement, inventory and sales processes and map that against the Oracle Applications functionality

Project Description:Implementation of Oracle Applications for all sites of a department of the Netherlands Government. These were the employment-finding institutes and the training centres. The activities contained the analysis of the processes, set up of a common solution and deployment of the solution at all sites at once.Contribution:- Lead consultancy for the implementation of the modules Purchasing, Inventory and Sales- Analysis of current and future processes- Mapping against the Oracle application- Testing- Data migration activities- Education of end-users- Support and after go-live support

Project Description:Several small projects which were mainly follow-up projects after earlier implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS). A large part of that was implementation and/or extension of the radio frequency functionality as being used in the warehouse. Next to those I participated in many sales cycles with potential customers of the WMS.Contribution:- Account management at one large customer. Initialization and management of new (follow-up) projects- Project management responsibility for the delivery of the solution at other customers, a.o. alignment of the integration between the existing and future systems at the customer as well as between the delivering parties for the WMS and the radio frequency hardware- Sales support activities leading short quick scans at potential customers to assess the initial fit with the standard WMS

Project Description:A brand new public warehouse was set up in Belgium for a large Logistics Service Provider. To support this new warehouse a standard warehouse management system (MLS) was implemented, to be integrated with the automated warehouse, the conveyer belt system and the radio frequency terminals.Contribution:- Project management of the activities of a team of 10 developers and consultants- Alignment of plans with the customer project manager and other, external stakeholders
