As Assist General Manager, managing Manyata Embassy Business Park base building operations. (Awarded Best IT Special Economic Zone of India for 2009-2010 by Software Technology Parks Of India )Oversee team of managers to ensure the upkeep of the common area base building infrastructure for a work force of 55000 people spread across built up area of over 10.5 million sft. which is equipped with 12000 Tr. of chiller capacity, 56 DG sets catering 82310 KVA of backup power, with 130 elevators and electrical distribution system drawing 40 MVA of power from BESCOM grid

Head of operations for Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Tamil Nadu managing about 75 clients of various business segments, approximately 10 million sft. with a team of over 2000 employees. Responsibilities included -- Achieve regional forecasted Business and Profit, Operational efficiencies, analysis of Contract feasibility and Operational re- structuring.Escalation point for clients in the region.Responsible for ensuring service delivery as per performance matrix / KPI agreed uponFinancial management - Working capital and cash flow management, budgeting, creditors and debtors' management, negotiating prices with vendors, designing and implementing MIS for all aspects of business. HR & Personal – Recruiting key resources ,manpower planning, organizational restructuring,selection, training, defining career path and implementation of company policies.
