As a Chartered Engineer designing safety system for oil, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, Phil now has vast experience within large engineering projects and is very detail orientated. From humble beginnings as an apprentice, his career has progressed through formation and development of several engineering companies to now running his own company providing consultancy services at a high level. With this experience comes high level project management skills, team building and business acumen.Phil is now employing this knowledge, experience and professionalism to the development of Chancery Lane Ltd and its progression in commercial conversions. In his past he has successfully completed several residential refurbishments and conversions. To assist further in the transition to the world of property development he has invested extensively in Progressive Property VIP and Glenn Delve's TakeAIM mentoring programs along with commercial conversion training with Glenn Delve.
