I have 20 years experience in the contact centre industry with 16 of those years in the planning sector and bring my knowledge and experience to Serco through my current role as a planning manager. I have a team of 8 Analysts and I work closely with my team ensuring that they know that I offer my full support as an approachable manager. I utilise my planning skills to help further my team's own career aspirations and to ensure they can reach their full potential and assist them in any way that I can.
