• Head of Section in the Ministry of Education in the International Office until October 2020, then the Office for Primary Education until December 2020.Responsibilities and major results:
• Main author and coordinator of the education part of the government's action plan for the UN Sustainable Development Goals
• Representet Denmark at high level international meetings (OECD, Nordic Council of Ministers, UNESCO etc.)
• Precidency of the Nordic Council of Ministers 2020
• Facilitated budget negotiations at the Nordic Council of Ministers - Education
• Responsible for two budgetlines in the national budget (around 6 million Danish Kroner)

• Internship in the Ministry of Education, the office for primary education. During my internship I have performed an array of tasks:
• Research and fact checking (I prepared memoes for the Minister and my immediate boss' meetings with high-level stakeholders)
• Communication with external partners (I answered citizen enquiries and communicated with interest organizations)
• Written cases for the Minister
• Coordinated contribution to cases from several employees and other Ministries
• I was a supportive part of two teams concerned with ongoing political negotiations

• The Rolling University is a program, in which university students teach at high schools while the day-to-day teachers are at conferences or supplementary education.Outcome:
• Experience advising students about their future studies
• Communicative and presentational skills at a high level
• Flexibility in adapting to challenges arising in the middle of a teaching situation
• Teamwork by giving feedback to my fellow teachers and assisting in creating presentations

• I was an Instructor in World and Danish history pre 1800 for three semesters, being the longest serving Instructor in the team (you are allowed to teach a max of three semesters as an Instructor). I taught 1st and 5th.
• Experience with independently planning and executing classes

• Different strategies to motivate the students
• Coordination of the team of Instructors
• leadership skills by providing sparring for the new Instructors and help them settling in their new job
