This service has now been provided for over 8 years and operates in the UK and Overseas.D&WH Water Company: Provided independent risk assessment reporting services to the Board and its Audit committee. Virgin Media/NTL: Following the “telecoms bubble crash" of 2003, worked with the directors of NTL (subsequently Virgin Media) to establish a means of embedding best practice governance across the entire organisation. Philip designed and delivered a range of software and service solutions addressing whistleblowing, gifts and hospitality, crime management, health and safety, conflict of interest and employee security assessment. Philip provided these services from 2004 to 2015 when Virgin Media was Acquired by Liberty Group. Telewest: Provided the above services to Telewest from 2006 to 2009 when it was then acquired by NTL and their systems were merged.Arqiva: Provided a range of confidential governance services (similar to those supplied to Virgin Media) since 2007.
