I have over 6 years of experience in the HVAC industry. In 2015, I started my own trading company in India, dealing with Air conditioners and presently managing a team of 22 people. Life as an entrepreneur provided me with an all-round exposure to business management including opportunity identification, deal closure, procurement of the materials required for the project, on-time delivery, coordination of the whole team to execute and complete the project within the targeted time, and customer satisfaction while focusing on achieving the sales target. This also enhanced my problem-solving skills, risk & stress management abilities and sharpened my acumen to formulate strategies and execute the sales plan.
