My project development experience spans over 25 years in residential, industrial, commercial, aged care and infrastructure projects across Australia and in Asia (India, Singapore, Sabah, Sarawak, Indonesia).I have been involved in over 800 projects covering all stages of development from acquisition, feasibility, planning, approval, sales, tenders, contracts, construction to handover. Roles have included project management, client side project manager, development director, contract superintendent and as a project / development consultant; engaging with consultants, contractors, the community, Local Government and stakeholders for optimal client outcomes. Having worked with global leaders including Hyundai, Bintan Resort Management, Karimun Industrial Management, Newmont, ONGC, Lum Chang, Colliers, CBRE, Chesterton, JDC, Leighton, Baulderstones, Abigroup (Lend Lease), Mallesons, Allens, Macquarie Group, FKP (Aveo), Flour Daniel, Meinhardt along with high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and specialty developers has given me insights into property development and delivering rapid successful projects.I am consulted over land, property and development matters by my industry peers, have served as an Expert Witness within the NSW Courts and am the author of Profit from Property published by John Wiley & Son. Within the community I spent 10 years as a volunteer helping mange a Sydney nippers program run for over 700 children each year. I spent a further 3 years as a volunteer organiser for the Balmoral Swim for Cancer which had raised over $900,000 for the Children’s Cancer Institute. As a property development industry specialist, I lectured part time at UNSW for the Masters of Property & Development program from 2020 to 2023, focusing on systems and processes, project identification, strategy and development sustainability.
