Over 15 years experience in the Water Industry (Potable Water) and have worked for a variety of different organisations for a number of specialist contractors. This has given me an in-depth working knowledge and understanding of the functions of both water companies and customers of the water companies. For the past 2 years I have worked as an Upstream Losses Analyst within Welsh Water, overseeing the location of trunk main leakage and the progression of these leaks to repair. I am also heavily involved in the Data Provision contract to enable sound data for water demand and leakage investigation studies. Previous to this I worked as a Project Manager, contracted to Welsh Water, managing projects that combine multiple contractors and various product deliverables.Vast experience in Leakage Compliance, Water Demand, Water Efficiency, Leakage Consultancy and Data Analysis. • Expert in customer water management audits and site reviews• Proven supervisory experience overseeing the leakage teams whilst performing well against diverse range of measures of success• Possesses a sound knowledge and understanding across a range of disciplines including health and safety, resource deployment, report writing ,producing work procedures, customer services, team leadership and corporate representation.• Possesses good communication skills and able to be an effective team member who is always mindful of other people’s views and opinions.
