SKY CONNECTION LIMITED, a long-term commitment to the duty free business in Hong Kong and throughout the region. During his tenure with SKY, Philip was responsible for creating a new visual merchandising concept and managing promotional displays for the FREE DUTY shops located in the Hong Kong International Airport.

Philip was a Display & Marketing Manager for Carrefour Hypermarket Limited, responsible for all visual and promotion affairs at 4 hypermarkets in Hong Kong. During his employment, he put extreme effort on analysing the traffic flow and customer behaviour, and executed a large scale new signage renovation project, which trigger a new pace to become the benchmark model for future Hong Kong supermarket signage system.

Philip was employed as a Visual Merchandising Manager at KPS Entertainment, a retailing and distribution organization for home video, music, and computer software. During his tenure with the management team at KPS, he was responsible for leading in visual aspect of expanding the business in Hong Kong from US$30 MM to US$80 MM in annual sales. Philip is familiar in the unbreakable relationship between design, construction &retail business.
