Facility include sale gas compressor, gas scrubber, metering building, sale gas pig launcher skid and sale gas pump building. Utilizing modular construction philosophy in all related piping skid.August 2014 - January 2015Harvest – Bilbo Gas Plant Responsible for reviewing and checking the piping design/layout. Producing spool isos by utilizing plantmo-cad system. Updating 3D piping and equipment models with fab shop / construction site facility as-built information.

Pengrowth Energy Corp. – Westward Ho, Garrington, Lochend and Judy Creek. Responsible for piping design/layout and drafting well site facility, include pump jack, group and test separator, storage tank, pop tank and well tie-in. 3D modelling for new equipment and piping modification and revamp within the existing facility.

Devon Energy Corporation – Pike Development Project. Pike Facility will be 105,000 bpd, The Devon Pike Development Study will look at four development options. Responsible for producing a plot plan and equipment layout based on this existing Jackfish 3 project.

Jul 2010 - Jul 2011Petrobank Energy and Resources – May River SAGD Project Phase 1. 10,000 BBL/D partially upgraded Bitumen Toe-to-Heel Air Injection (THAI) In situ combustion process – Conklin, Alberta. Grassroots Oil Processing Plant. Responsible for piping design/layout of a High Pressure Steam, Steam Condensate plant including a Water Treatment Package and Boiler Feed Water package using a Modular Construction Philosophy.

Murphy Oil Company Ltd. – Tupper West Gas Plant. – Dawson Creek, British Columbia Grassroots sour gas plant.Responsible for the design/layout of all underground drainage systems (Amine, Glycol, Floor and Closed Hydrocarbon Drains).

SemCAMS ULC – Borealis Project. Kaybob South #3 Gas Plant (K3) - Fox Creek, Alberta Revamp of a sour Natural Gas Plant.Responsible for the design of the Tie-ins for the integration between the existing plant and new equipment layouts. Included Charcoal Filter, Lean Amine Filter, Amine Filter, Steam Boiler and Booster Pump.

Shell Canada Limited – AOSP Downstream Expansion Project, A&V. Responsible for the piping design/layout of a Vacuum Furnace and all related piping using a Modular Construction Philosophy.

Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) – Southern Area Seawater Capacity Expansion Project. Detailed engineering stage. Duties and responsibilities included: Revamp work to existing facilities and field work to identify tie-in points for plants expansion. Preparing all project deliverables in respective area including planning, scheduling and progressing work within agreed budget. Manpower planning for overall piping discipline work. Supervising staff and performing interdisciplinary coordination. Implementing quality plans and checking that they were followed and records kept for all deliverables.

Petro Canada – RCP 1-1 Project (Refinery Re-vamp). Responsible for the design of Tie-in’s for integrated into existing plant utilizing site visits to verify and confirm the locations. Coordinated the tie-ins with modeling to meet project schedule. Prepared 3D models for review with client.Suncor Energy Inc. – 52C-305 Fire Reconstruction of Plant 52. Responsible for the re-design of piping to be integrated into the existing plant. Work included preparation of Tie-ins, site visits to assess the impact of major Fire, generate models for review by client to show re-build of areas affected by Fire. Suncor Energy Inc. – Suncor-Millennium Coker Unit (MCU). Responsible for the piping design/layout of a Coker Furnace and all related piping using a Modular construction philosophy. Involved in model design reviews with client to review accessibility, operability and maintenance issues.

Suncor Energy Inc. – Firebag In-situ Oil Sand Phase II Project. Perform feed study base on Firebag Phase I Project. Responsible for equipment and piping layouts in 3D model. To produce EDS information for client reviews.Suncor Energy Inc. – Firebag In-situ Oil Sand Phase I Project. Responsible for the piping design/layout of a glycol heating system. Major components of the system include a glycol storage tank, two gas fired glycol heaters, an expansion tank and an air cooler. A Modular Construction Philosophy was used.Suncor Energy Inc. – Enhanced Thermal Solvent (ETS) Pilot Project . A pilot project to construct, operate and reclaim a thermal solvent experiment scheme for production of crude bitumen from the McMurray formation. Responsible for design/layout of a heat exchanger system using Modular construction philosophy..

Nova Chemicals Corporation – Joffre ethylene and polythene plant project. The new ethylene facility increased ethylene production by around 80% .Responsible for the design/layout of electrical heating tracing coils and production of isometrics for fabrication.

Suncor Energy Inc. – Suncor Millennium Project. Two-stage extraction process separation of bitumen from the oil sand and cleaning of the bitumen froth for further upgrading. Responsible for design/layout of Extraction Plant area 86 and Froth treatment area.Diavik Diamond Mines Inc. – Diavik Diamonds Project. Responsible for piping design the LPG storage facility. The facility includes LPG storage tanks, evaporator and truck unloading facilities.

Nova Chemicals Corporation – Nova Chemicals E-3 Project. Responsible for design/layout piping for the storage vessel. The system consists of four storage bullet vessels and three transfer pumps with lube oil skids.Mapco Alaska Petroleum Inc. – North Pole Refinery Project. Responsible for the piping design of the crude unit preheat section. Major components included the preheat heat exchanger chain, a desalter and a preflash tower. Also responsible for the piping layout of the cooling kero system. The system consists of a kero storage drum, a ten bay fin fan and pumps.Hoechst Celanese Chemical Group, Inc. – Hoechst Celanese Project. Responsible for updating P & ID’s, back modeling of checking comments, back draft isometrics and the design/layout of the control station
