As the lead Project Manager I undertook the refurbishment and reinstatement of all 27 B-Serv units (Circa 380,000 sq ft) which were damaged by the fuel explosion at the Buncefield Fuel Depot. The works included the set up, management and co-ordination of a specialist consultant team. The estate consisted of a variety of building ages and types, from 40,000 sq ft office spaces to small 2000 sq ft industrial units. A very challenging role.The lead Project Manager for the development known as Greenford Park Industrial Estate. It was completed over a 14 month period with a handover in January 2008. It comprises of 27 industrial/warehouse units of totalling 352,000 sq ft gross external area, which includes first floor office accommodation with toilets and ancillary space.
