Oversee all aspects of ownership and renovation of this 28 unit apartment community located in what is now designated at the "University Village" area of Gainesville. The area has been rezoned recently to promote a more dense population base and to support mixed use facilities. The asset was sold in March 2018.

I began my career in multi-family housing here as an assistant rental manager and was promoted multiple times as the growth of the organization dictated. I learned both the operations and investment side of this business through my experiences along the way. The company grew from less than 700 units to over 5000 units during my tenure and now ranks as the 2nd largest privately owned student housing organization in the country. I was very blessed to have such a unique opportunity at such a young age and will always be greatful for all of my former teammates at this organization.
