Feedback is also given after reviewing colleague's work.Develop training manuals and processes for junior staff. After testing is complete for system enhancements, any process changes are communicated to staff through desktop training. Key achievementsInitiated and drove over the course of several months and across several business units a set of 3 procedural improvements.
