Main tasks: Requirement engineering for all functional tender requirements, 3 months of on-site support for customer SME use case testing in a TPS.plan test environment.Past projects:System management support for a TPS.live project in the United States as well as in Europe.

In my new role at rms GmbH, I am involved in a project called "DEEZ" (Deutschlandweite Echtzeitdaten). The aim is to provision nationwide real-time data from all German public transport providers including local and long distance busses as well as all railway services.

Main features: Integration of train planning, disruptions, weather conditions, exceptional transports and realtime positioning in order to apply customer specific operational business rules for precise decision support.Previous project: Implementation of TPS for operational timetable planning: The project goal is to allow very short term changes to train schedules (including running trains) and seamless integration with the CTC software. Main features: Automated daily infrastructure updates, interfaces for train schedule imports as well as subscription based train schedule exports, automated data refinement and verification.Past projects:Yearly timetable and short term planning: The project goal was to establish a new planning software for yearly and short term planning solution within a very short timeframe. Main features: Design of a new tabular planning editor and support of a legacy interface format based on railML 1.0.Yearly timetable planning and Rolling Stock Roster: The project goal was to establish a new train timetable planning software for the yealy timetable: Main features: New software module for rolling stock rostering and timetable printouts for station boards.Perpetual Infrastructure Interface: Within the scope of a larger project I was responsible for the design of an interface for the automated import of infrastructure data (30k km railway network) into the perpetual data repository within TPS. Main features: Definition of an XML based interface format that is now used in several other projects.
